Born to a wild, single mother wolf, Badger's time in the wild as a pup was abruptly cut short; captured illegally by poachers, with his mother shot in front of him. This awoke a vengeance and confident, fiery spirit in him -- one that was too much for the humans selling him out for dog fights to handle. Unable to further stand his consistent biting, snapping, and disobedience, unwilling to submit to man's cruel hand (as well as killing one too many 'prize' fighter dogs and the humans' facing consequences for it), they dropped him back in the wild as an adolescent not caring whether he survived or not. Fending for himself, he was taken under the mentorship of Tala - teaching him the ways of the wild and ensuring his survival. Now forging his own legacy and pack in the wilderness, an unspoken magic seems to fill this wild -- and the wolves within it too. Badger's perseverance, legacy and unbridled courage lives on through his pack as he navigates the unknown of pack life (and his bitter hatred for humans).
