Panting happily Everest knew she was ready to go out on her own, to search for a new pack. Her whole life Everest was encouraged by her father to follow her dreams. It didn't matter if the rest of her pack looked down on her optimism, as long as her father supported her everything would be fine.
Traditionally in her pack a female wolf was meant to be bonded to an older male before they even reached a year old. Everest's Mother was only 1yr old when she gave birth to Everest, sadly she passed away during childbirth. After that her father was said to never be the same.
Because of what happend to his mate, her father made sure to instill the need to gain experience before having any pups. He encouraged her to be the greatest she could be. Thats why now at 1 year old she's setting of on her own. Optimistic of the future ready to make new friends and find the love of her life.
