The Royal Family
While they are the second family to rule this pack in its history, they are by far the longest standing. Allura took over the pack after the untimely death of Nessus. She ruled by a divine right, or rather an infernal right. She is the first to demand unity between all within the pack, and helped the members embrace their natural talents. She held the belief that family is everything, and every subsequent ruler has followed suit.
