they can't help but feel the smallest twinge of fondness for the pup. he is very enthusiastic, it appears. contrary to threyja's energetic demeanor, noir's posture is relaxed and still. shame that they'll be enemies later on, but it can't be helped, he supposes.

"i won't be offended if you get distracted," he teases. "you have an... interesting idea of what strangers are. we have each other's names, but that doesn't necessarily mean that we know each other. so to remedy that, tell me about yourself and your pack?"

Star trotted through the dense trees. Birds chirped overhead. Woodpeckers and blue jays and cardinals everywhere. She found some Tansy, which she scooped up promptly.

Raindrop - Emerald beach - Herbalist



Raindrop was extremely alert. He knew he was straying a bit far into the forest, but he couldn't help himself. He was searching for a special kind of flower. He had cached a glimpse of it a while back, but he had been talking with the packs beta and he felt it was rude to stop the conversation to pick a pretty flower. He was now ultimately regretting his decision since he couldn't seem to remember where he had been when he saw it.
It had been the dead of night when he left but now the sun is just above the grass. He had also picked up a scent farther away, it seemed to be some other wolves. They didn't smell like the sea, so he could only assume that the were from the Forest Pack. As such, he had been staying downwind in hopes to not have to interact and explain that he was looking for a stupid flower.
