The Pack of Stars has lived peacefully for many moons in the spreading fields of the Stargazing. Every wolf, named after their own individual space body or event, was fed twice a day, played with, and hunted, crafted herbs, pupsitted, or taught the young pups and adolescents. However, the Stars pack has dropped into chaos as of now. A horrible leader named Sagittarius after the black hole in the center of our galaxy has led the Stars pack into a realm of secrets, lies, and guilt. Every wolf holds with them an awful secret, like murder, stealing, or future betrayal. Tensions rise in this unfamiliar terrian; one could say, Sagittarius led the Stars pack out of their beloved plains and into a Forest of Lies. The pack is beginning to split apart. Can the members save the Stars, or will each of the wolves delve into darkness? DEN | |______________________________________________________________________|______________ |______________ CARRION __(SAVENGED PREY FOR SCOUTS_________________________________________________________________ Cultures; THE DEAD The founder of the pack, a blue-and-green wolf who dubbed himself Founder of Earth, was a kind-hearted soul. He led his small pack from the forests out into the magnificent plains, where he named all the wolves after the flourishing stars in the wide-spread galaxy in hopes they would have a long, amazing life, as did their celestial role-models. All the wolves who died along the way to the Stargazing were respectfully buried with their loved ones, and the symbol of a star was etched into a stone and placed ontop of the grave to help the wolf journey to the stars and begin a new life, perhaps as a pup, or maybe as a planet or star in the realm of the sky. Ever since, every time a wolf dies, the pack holds a ritual instead of a simple burying. They form a circle around the deceased at midnight, without moving the dead from the place they died in. The pack chants "to the Stars, to the Sky and further," over and over until day breaks. Then, the wolves carefully bury the deceased in a hole beneath where they died and mark the grave with a star etched into a stone, placed on the head of the dead. From then on, the place becomes holy to the dead's relatives, and is respected by all wolves. This ritual is considered 'dumb' and 'the craft of a witch' by many others, causing them to despise the pack. No wolves from outside packs have been accepted since the first, Sagittarius, who tried to screw over the pack since he was raised hating and fearing them. |

She is tinted black and blue, resembling a peacock. She tends to wear swan feathers and weave flowers and branches along her fur. Planet(s): Catsa (Cat's Paw Nebula) Female (She/Her) Planet (Scout) Appearance Nebula(e): Moon(s): Asteriod(s): Holders of the Night Sky: A wolf approaches you. "Hi! I'm Birdie, and I'll answer any questions you have about this role-play. Please message me about questions you don't see on this board." He stands and gestures for you to follow him, then leads you to a wood board in the middle of the Stargazing and sits down, licking his paws and running them down his face. Age: 3YR 7½M Gender: Female Personality: [+Quiet-Pawed, Intelligent, Forgiving] [=Perfectionist, Quiet, Emotional] [-Strange, Blunt, Sarcastic] Relations: [Child of Cassiopeia and Hour] [No Pups or Mate] [An Increased Liking for the Black Hole(s)] Desired Role: Planet Background: Catsa is a gentle soul, forgiving and kind, but she is blunt and sarcastic to those who aren't close to her. She has a lean build and cold-looking eyes. She is the child of two deceased wolves, Cassiopeia and Hour, but mainly got her coat from Cassiopeia. She had a knack for pathfinding and smarts, easily picking her way around obstacles. This resulted in her being selected to train as a Planet, and she's quite good at her role. However, she tends to be a perfectionist and takes a long time to even scout a tiny spot, but returns filled to the max with information about every den, every tree, and every scent. She is good friends with the Black Hole(s), as she normally comes home with many herbs stored in her mouth, even if most are common in the Stargazing or poisonous berries. Catsa has tough pads and a determined nature. She's often away for days at a time, worrying newer wolves. However, she's just taking her time and may have gotten into a tussle or two with an enemy wolf on the way home. Appearance: Catsa's Looks Likes: Scouting, Plants, Rocks, Water, Stargazing Dislikes: Forests, Hunting, Tall Grasses, Bushes, Trees, etc. Skills: Scouting out new places and reporting back with precise information and herbs. Secret: Catsa's parents got into a harsh fight after she was born. As she grew older, the fights grew more annoying until she intervened, but it only made Cassiopeia hate Hour more, until it got bad to the point of trying to kill each other. Catsa couldn't stand this, so one afternoon she smiled and spoke, "I have to show you something, Mother." She then brought Cassiopeia into the woods and silenced her forever, repeating this with Hour. She knows it was for the better before a brutal fight broke out that could turn the whole pack against each other, especially in such a tense crisis of Sagittarius and his clueless followers dictating, but she still holds the guilt of murder in her heart. |

Age: 1 year (Wolvden years) Gender: female (she/her) Personality +++ smart, rational, calm /// skeptical, straightforward - - - indecisive, humorless, cynical Relations: Mother: Libra; Father: Meteor; Siblings: Solar Eclipse (m, Supernova (albinism), deceased); Shooting Star (f); Canis Major (m) (Because she was adopted into this family, her siblings are slightly older. Her biological family is unknown.) Desired Role: Supernova and Active Star Background: Meteor found her alone in the forest one day and he and Libra decided to take her in. She got along decently with her sister Shooting Star and her brother Canis Major, but her other brother Solar Eclipse always seemed to hate her. He didn't like it that he wasn't the only Supernova among his siblings. He often teased her and never let her forget the fact that she wasn't really a part of the family. Not so long ago, she went for an evening walk to gorge and he followed. It started to rain suddenly that evening, which made the ground very slippery. They got into an argument and things got pretty heated. She doesn't know how exactly it happened when he fell down the gorge, but it must've been her fault. She told everyone that she didn't know why he followed her and then she noticed it, it was too late. He already slipped. She tried to help him, but he fell. You can also message me for questions, or discuss the plot with me in our OOC! If you'd like, you can also be any of Eclipse's siblings in role-play. Mates are also allowed, as are pups to be had in-game, and apprentices are allowed if the other person agrees with it! Please tell me if you'd like to suggest anything, it took a long time for someone to finally sign up and I was beginning to worry I'd done something wrong or something was too specific, etc! |

She thinks that all sides has a different perspective to each other, and others who has "misguided" morals, in her view, are foolish. She was named Pavo due to her peacock-colored fur and feathery pelt. She is an intuitive and reliable wolf with a long-lasting memory, along with a passion for plants, so it was to nobody's surprise that she became a Black Hole. She grew jealous of her adoptive brother, who her parents favored. Appearance: link - A light colored wolf with a feather-like pelt and turquoise highlights. She is tinted black and blue, resembling a peacock. She tends to wear swan feathers and weave flowers and branches along her fur. Likes: Springtime, "moon watching", heather Dislikes: Winter, bugs, climbing Skills/Talents: Herbalism, strategy, memorization, Secret You Hold: Pavo had noticed a wolf occasionally stalking her often when foraging for herbs. Feeling threatened, she did her best to distinguish the wolf and found that it was her very own brother, Quasar. Mixed with her spite and the recent discovery of her "stalker", she slipped deadly poisonous berries into his food. He never bothered her again, not her family, not her foraging sessions. All was well, in her guilt-free mind. |
