I was curious however if it would at all be possible to request the CSS without the snowflake cursor? I have a paw print cursor that I would love to use instead! (hope its not rude to ask )

Maybe you could do a Coniferous Forest themed one with things like fern and redwood trees, redwood sorgen or something like that?
(Just an idea, I understand if you don't want to do it!^^)
