[Remnants] Make All Feathers/Trophies/Carcasses Drop Remnants

I searched for a suggestion like this and I saw a few things on the same topic, but I didn't see this exact idea. Apologies if I missed it!

My idea is for all feathers/trophies/amusement items/carcasses drop remnants even if they are not currently used in any recipes. There are many enemies in game that drop trophies which do not yield remnants when used as amusement items, meaning that if they are accidentally used when playing with your wolves, that trophy is gone forever. I always strive to bury my trophies before I accidentally use them to amuse my pack, but everyone forgets things sometimes.

Also, there are feathers, such as the Lunar Event feathers, that do not drop remnants. There are some carcasses that are shreddable, but only if they drop remnants (rabbit, muskrat, eggs, for example) - ideally all animal carcasses/eggs should be shreddable and drop remnants.

Even if there are no plans in the near future to release recipes using these remnants, I still think players should be able to stock up on them while waiting for a potential use for them to be released into the game.

No support. I think that it's good that the trophies that aren't currently useful don't drop remnants. As it is, the game is heavily weighted to favor more established players. This would get even more egregious if all of us who have been playing for years were sitting on stockpiles of remnants that could be used for new recipes. If the remnants are released at the same time as new recipe, it means that each player has a slightly more even playing field when it comes to getting the mats necessary for crafting.

I can see where you're coming from and appreciate your perspective; at the same time, by that logic, they shouldn't release the not-yet-used trophies/items at all. This was more of a basic QOL/consistency suggestion, because whether an item is a remnant or full-use, players who like to hoard can and will still hoard/bury those items. This suggestion would just make it a little easier to not accidentally use these trophies up as amusement items for those of us with less-than-ideal memories.

Not to mention, if your issue is with people hoarding items, then that's somewhat tangential for the following reasons:

There would be other items to address, like Butterfly Wings for example. These have never dropped remnants because they're not amusement items, but ended up being used to craft the Caribou base app, making their value skyrocket overnight, so established players would've gotten the upper hand again there. I painstakingly grinded Lunar Events and hoarded Butterfly Wings for a very long time, and ended up being rewarded for that. I personally don't agree that that's a bad thing. In fact I think it's kind of a built-in/intended feature if they're letting us load up on all these random items months/years ahead of time (Lunar Oil, Butterfly Wings, Coigreach Herbs, Wealden Amber, random items like that).

So, all that being said, I think this issue would be better addressed in a separate development thread since the ahead-of-time item-hoarding seems to be the main concern for you.
