Lead Personality - How big is "Capable"'s 'small boost'?

So with a recent update, lead wolves got a some boost based on their personality..

But while most are listing percentages and chances, all I can find on Capable is ;
"get a small boost to XP gained"

Compare that to Arrogant;
"get a +5% boost to XP received from battling"


I would assume, for balance reasons, that the "small boost" from Capable must be smaller than 5%.. otherwise it would be significantly better than Arrogant, where the XP boost is only from battling.

Does anyone know yet how much a boost "Capable" wolves get?

I don't know why but it seems has no effect after I change my lead wolf to this personality. Sometimes I even gain less experience from fighting. 		Amur Leopard
