No support; as someone who hasn't gotten ANY of the "new" recipes yet (Trophy or Rescout), you want to punish the ENTIRE player base because a certain percentage got lucky and got the recipes - perhaps even multiple copies of the recipes which they then sold and other players bought, thus a certain percentage of other players got the recipes without putting in any effort because they're impatient - quickly. No matter what gets released when, there's always going to be a certain number of players who have really lucky RNG rolls and get "shiny new items" really early after release.
