3:49pm CST SC: 5 GC: 20 (20 in open raffle) LT: 114 On the 14th I won a White Sage from the slots machine! I traded it for 40 Gold Cones on the 15th. 20 of those Cones were placed in a raffle where tickets cost either 1 GC or various medicines and event items. Was really excited about this as it gives me a much needed boost into the Wolveden economy. I'm hoping to make, at the very least, slightly more than 20 GC worth of items from the raffle so that I can keep some for personal use and sell the rest to make a small GC profit from what I put into the raffle. I'm thinking about using 10 of my remaining GC to run a raffle to gather cave items, so that I can open a group for the other trans folks of Wolveden. If anyone is interested in helping with that, please let me know! I'm a bit behind in this month's event. Running a real life business is hard. I'm hoping to be able to afford a couple of applicators by the end of the event so that I can sell them for GC, or even raffle them off. |

10:15am CST Sc: 1436 GC 15 (70 Buried) (30 In raffle) I managed to get enough Lunar tears during this month's event to grab 2 Penumbra Marking Applicators. I'm not sure yet if base or markings applicators are more worth my while but I bought two with the intention of selling one, though I haven't gotten around to it yet. Thinking about working through October on gathering medicine and item stock and opening a little trading shop so I have that as well as my Trades just float out there. I have enough herbs right now to make 50+ Open Wound Salves which translates basically into 50 GC, and enough Healing Salves to net about 30GC. As you can see I have 70 Cones buried which I think is pretty good after only about a month of play :P. I also managed to buy some pretty high stat wolves for fairly cheap last week and have made them into a very efficient hunting party. A large trail has an 86% chance for success and the wolves aren't even 100% proficiency yet. I'm not sure what the highest possible success rates are but they're bringing home 8-10 Elk daily, and I'm content with that on top of what my other hunting parties bring in! I had about 4k SC at the start of the day but I bought 40 Herb bundles because I think they're actually a pretty good deal. And that's all that's been going on with me! I opened a 30 GC raffle that's limited to 1 entry per person, and I'm hoping it'll get enough traction to actually hit the 50 ticket cutoff. |

9:36am CST SC: 3539 GC: 20(100 Buried) I won and sold a Blue Sage a few days ago for 17 GC, and my 30 cone raffle ended. I got quite a bit of SC and a few GC outright, but I also got a lot of Open Wound Salves and a few trophy items that I'm keeping. I've already made a large part of that GC back as you can see, and I have enough herbs to make about 40 more Open Wound Salves (with 15 or 20 currently in TC), so I'm set for awhile and won't make another raffle until next week or until these Salves sell. I had over 10k SC earlier this week but I spent a lot of it on unlocking territory slots X3 I don't plan on filling them but I want 50 slots so I can have 3 hunting parties out at once! I'm really excited for this month's event and I'm trying to get at least 100 ME's each day.... but October is also when I play Lioden a lot for the crunchy worm grind, so I'll most likely be doing that, too and not be overly active here. I want to make enough event curren y to buy some applicators, though. |

11:41am CST SC: 7702 GC: 63 I spent a lot of Gold Cones buying Wolf Scrotums off folk(like 200 GC worth), I'm assuming those will likely be some of the most valuable come this next month when I assume is when new piebald variations are released (like in Lioden.). If thats not the case, I would still reckon they'll be the most valuable later down the line regardless.especially when more normal(non lethal) mutations are released. I haven't really done anything interesting except passively sell medicine, SC, and food. I slacked off exploring a bit as this is a really busy month on lioden for me. I'm kind of annoyed about the Lunar event also happening and overlapping the endgame of the October event- but really I'm just salty that I didn't get any of those applicators I guess. I've got almost 20 scrotes and about 350 smouldering Effigies to burn through before rollover. I'm sure there's folks who have more but that's the way the game works, right? I'm pretty proud of what I've got considering I slacked off for most of the early month. |

10:18am CST SC: 11089 (a couple thousand in trades) GC: 32 (50 in raffle) I somehow got through like 600 Smouldering Effigies in a 20 hour time period on the 31st. Explore, as you may not expect, is actually extremely time consuming. It was a lot of fun, though, and ultimately tenfolded the amount of Wolf Scrotums that I put into the raffle for the Effigies. (Which was one) I dont usually like to gripe or complain, especially on this post, but I have got to vent somewhere about the current climate of currency trading. I want to preface by saying that my opinion/feelings obviously aren't the only valid ones, and if you have info about currency that I don't, please share it with me! My gripe is just with exchange rates. It seems like folks want to only spend 300 or less SC in exchange for one GC, but when those same folks offer up a GC for trade, they won't accept less than 500 SC. I understand the market tends to be shakey, especially this early into a game, but it just seems to me some folks either choose to stay ignorant to evolving exchange rates or are simply actively trying to scam folk that may not know any better. It simply seems sleazy to me and rubs me the wrong way I suppose. I occasionally post SC trades at a ratio of 400:1 - and I find it extremely difficult to get a trade despite there being a wide agreement on the forums that the ratio seems to be the most fair. I think a GC exchange page like on Lioden would help. Anyways, that's all I really want to say on that. It's frustrating for sure! In other news, I've decided to host a monthly 50 GC raffle, that may eventually upgrade into 100 Gold Cones in the future. Not this year, but next New Year, I'll be hosting a 500 or 1000 GC raffle I'm hoping. That's for the future, though. The 50 GC raffle will end on the 24th to give me some time to sell the items I get, and (hopefully) exchange the SC for GC. Then I'll post another next month! 8:25am CST SC: 15171 + (Several thousand in trades) GC: 49 + (50 in Raffle) I'm not gonna lie to yall, nothing interesting has happened, like at all. I've spent some GC on items I really wanted and raffles to enter, so I made about +10 from what's shown here. I can't do that often, and I don't, but still. You know, I haven't won that damn slots game jackpot since SEPTEMBER 16. I swear, they have this game rigged so you win a jackpot as a newbie. My friend got one around that time as well and also hasn't gotten one since. (This is a joke). Anyways, I've been really busy working so all I can really do recently is pop in for a little hunting and forcing my herbalist to brew medicines constantly. I've been trying to get a little more of a feel for breeding in this game, but man it really confuses me. I might need someone's help, lol. Hope yall have a great day. |

1:11am CST (Make a wish!) SC: 341 (Geez!!!) GC: 150 (50 Buried for next month's raffle) My monthly raffle ended on the 24th and I got around to putting nearly everything up on the trading center (I do have about 30 medicines to craft from the items I got as well, so there's that). I left for a few hours to get some work done for my business and i came back to like 50+ notifications from trades being bought out. Holy cow! To be fair, I probably undercut a lotta folks cause I just used the prices for things the way I have them listed in my personal guide. I need to go back through and verify price changes, probably. The economy is growing so fast! I'm hoping that with the addition of so many new piebald and patches variations, people will start wanting to use the Wolf balls more, because I havent been able to sell any. (Tbf i have them priced high atm). Hopefully though we will soon get a mutation that is not lethal (or a piebald) that will increase demand for such an item. I collected a lot of them. Anyways, I'm also considering making next months raffle 100 gold cones as a special for Christmas, though I worry about being able to get enough entries to justify the GC sink. I'm still in the growing phases of my wealth, after all. for Christmas/New Years of next year I'd like to be able to raffle off 500 or more GC. That's for the future, though. Thanks for reading!
