The waitlist is now closed, thank you everyone for your interest! Here's the current roadmap - all orders which contained 3 or less pieces have been completed and will be sent out shortly, which accounts for half of the current slots. The other half of the slots should be completed this week, with the first half of the waitlist being contacted on the 22nd and the second half being contacted on the 29th. If there are any major changes to this then I'll update here. |

Names have been drawn for the custom commission raffle - congratulations to kyo #120989, Inteus BloodFang #13159, and RogueKing #12063! You should all have received DMs from me with further infomation on how to redeem your commissions. The current plan is for the shop to reopen in the first half of 2024, likely around April. My Art Shop will be reopening in the next few weeks, so if you like my art please do consider checking it out! I'm also going to take a moment to plug the suggestion box. I have some ideas for what I may add for the next opening, but I'm not set on anything so it would be usefu to see what people are interested in seeing! Suggestions can be left entirely annonymously; leaving your ID is optional and emails are not being collected. If you're not comfortable using google forms, you're also welcome to leave suggestions on the thread. Like previously, I've collated the data for this session and have included it below for anyone who's interested in Numbers. 46 tickets were created, of which 45 were fulfilled [97.8%]. The 1 unfulfilled ticket was a result of timing out. Of the 45 fulfilled tickets, there were 43 unique customers with a total of 149 orders. 18 customers had previously purchased art from me [41.8%], largely from previous YWH sessions with a handful having migrated from the Commission shop. This has remained consistent from the previous session. When allowing up to 5 orders per ticket; 7 were single orders [15.5%], 11 were double orders [24.4%], 6 were triple orders [13.3%], 5 were quad orders [11.1%], and 14 were quintuple orders [31.1%], and 2 were sextuple orders [4.4%]. Both sextuple orders were made under special circumstances, and the number of quintuple orders increased significantly. The average number of orders per ticket was 3.3. - a slight increase over the previous session. The number of tickets created decreased 11.5% from the previous session, from 52 to 46. Despite the drop in customers, the number of orders remained at a similar figure, lending to an increased average of orders per ticket, up from 3 to 3.3. The number of fulfilled tickets remained consistent at 98%. Of the 45 tickets; 2 were paid in SC [4.4%], 20 were paid in GC [44.4%], 2 were paid in USD [4.4%], 7 were paid in items [15.5%], and 13 were a mix of options [28.8%]. The total value of the 149 orders was 2480 GC - this includes the surplus charges for complex decor. At the time the shop conversion rate was 400:1, and the item values were as follows; 15 LB = 1 GC = 400 SC 10 LT = 1 GC = 400 SC 5 CS = 1 GC = 400 SC The breakdown of payments received is 987 GC, 109,600 SC, 53.5 USD, 31 applicators, and 55 items. The items given were; 75 Glowing Spores, 4 Broken Antler, 1 Charged Eyeball, 2 Charged Core, 1 Recipe: Pupsitter Den, and 1 Recipe: Amethyst and Arctic Draba Field. The applicators given were; 15 Base Applicators [3 Amor, 4 Hydrangea, 1 Merged, 2 Kin, 1 Diana, 1 Tempest, 1 Penumbra, 1 Storm, 1 Clover] 2 Claw Applicator [1 Grime, 1 Fern] 5 Eye Applicators [2 Total Eclipse, 1 Halo, 1 Blend, 1 Cryptid] 3 Marking Applicators [1 Amor, 1 Storm, 1 Wraith] 3 Nose Applicators [1 Rouge, 1 Corrupt, 1 Fey] 3 Skin Applicators [1 Rouge, 1 Corrupt, 1 Fern] The applicator pool benefited from the shop opening in proximity to both the September and October events. Of the applicators given, 10 were Matchmaker apps [32.35%], 5 Luna apps [16.1%], 11 Cataclysm apps [35.5%], 4 Coigreach apps [12.9%], and 1 Pyre app [3.2%]. Matchmaker and Luna apps dropped off significantly from last session in favour or Cataclysm apps, as would be expected for the time period, however Pyre apps were largely absent, possibly due to no pricing being provided in the shop. Of the 149 pieces ordered; 50 were Standard Headshots [33.6%], 49 were Standard Fullbodies[32.9%], 28 were Celestial Tokens [18.8%], 10 were Naptimes [6.7%], 5 were Celtic Headshots [3.4%], and 4 were Trios [2.7%,]. Of the 50 Standard Headshots; 14 were Soft [28%], 14 were Pensive [28%], 9 were Smug [18%], 6 were Jolly [12%], and 5 were Snarl [10%]. 9 were requested in a single shape [18%], 21 were requested in two [42%], and 20 were requested in all three [40%]. At the time, multiple shapes could be requested for a piece at no additional cost. Of the three available shapes, Square was requested 20 times, Circle 50 times, and Solo 41 times. Circle was the only shape requested on its own, and it was requested on every order. Square was only requested as the full set. Of the 49 Standard Fullbodies; 11 were Guarding [22.4%], 17 were Lying [34.7%], 7 were Sitting [14.3%], 8 were Standing [16.3%], and 6 were Walking [12.2%]. Of the 28 Celestial Tokens; 14 were moon [50%] and 14 were sun [50%]. Of the 5 Celtic Headshots; 3 were V1 [60%], and 2 were V2 [40%]. Of the 4 Trios, all were Taiga [100%]. Of the 149 pieces ordered; 55 received no edits [36.9%], 65 received free edits [43.6%], and 28 received paid edits [18.8%]. Edits here refer only to instances which required additional line work. Of the 149 pieces ordered; 109 featured Wolvden wolves [73.2%] and 40 featured original characters [26.8%]. Pieces for Wolvden wolves collectively featured 154 wolves; 45 were leads or heirs [29.2%], 42 were studs [27.3%], and 59 were standard packmembers [38.3%]. 94 were living [61%], 22 were deceased [14.3%], and 31 were immortal [20.1%]. 13 were of unknown state and role [8.4%]. There was an increase in characters receiving multiple pieces, with 25 instances (up from 16). Naptime debuted in this session, and though it took a far smaller percentage of orders compared to the debuts for the Standard Headshot and Standard Fullbody, this was as expected based on the consistently low sales of my other multi-wolf piece, Trio. Naptime's debut took only 6.7% of orders, compared to the Fullbody's 49.9% and the Headshot's 61%. Standard Headshot and Standard Fullbody continued to dominate, representing 33.6% and 32.9% - an increase for the Headshot (from 25.3%) and a decrease for the fullbody (from 49.4%), with both leveling out to take a third. Celestial Tokens stayed level at 18.8% (previously 19.5%), Celtic Headshots decreased to 3.4% (from 5.8%), and Trio stayed relatively level at 2.7% (previously 1.9%) While all of Standard Fullbody's variations recieved a fair amount of orders, Lying was disproportionately popular, representing 34.7% alone. Guarding was also quite popular at 22.4%, with the other 3 receiving low nut similar numbers. For the Standard Headshot variations Snarl and Jolly continue to lag behind, consistent with previous sessions. Pensive and Soft continue to be the most popular options. The Celestial Token variations were even, thanks in part to them commonly being ordered as a pair. Only the Taiga variant was ordered for the Trio, though this could be expected given it's previous popularity. Both variants were ordered for the Celtic Headshot, with similar percentages compared to the previous sessions. Statistics for featured characters have not changed significantly from the previous session. No pets were ordered, and percentages for wolvden wolves verses OCs did not change. Art for standard pack members increased again from 34.2% to 38.3%, art for studs increased slightly from 23.7% to 27.3%, while art for leads also decreased. There was a huge increase in immortal and deceased wolves receiving art, with immortals increasing from 8.8% to 20.1% and deceased increasing from 5.3% to 14.3%. Art for living wolves decreased from 79.8% to 61%. There were also more instances of characters receiving multiple pieces, up from 16 to 25 - a trend which has continued from Session 1. In conclusion, the statistics across the board were largely consistent with what I'd expect based on previous sessions. The Standard Headshot and Fullbody continue to be the most popular, with their particular variations having their usual market share. Naptime had a relatively low debut, but this was expected to be the case. There was a surprising increase in memorial art being purchased for immortal and deceased wolves, as well as an untracked but notable increase in art being purchased as gifts. I expect the market shares for each type to remain consistent in future, though I cannot comment on whether this will be true for the trend of memorial pieces. |

Just a quick update for everyone, also - I'll be posting an announcement here within the next few days, it will not be a reopening date, but changes to how the shop is going to be managed going forward. Which I realise doesn't sound particularly interesting, but it'll be worthwhile keeping an eye out for, I promise! |
