I love the logic behind "Corrupted enemies will award more Mysterious Effigies in battle!" This is so correct because we gain 0 ME from regular enemies while every won battle against corrupted enemy grants 1 ME. That every won battle meets the condition of will award and 1 ME is more than 0 ME.

Incase yall didn't see the bug report conclusion, the "Corrupted enemies will award more Mysterious Effigies in battle!" Statement was worded weirdly and this is why it was marked as "Not a Bug":

This isn't a bug—the battles are intended to only drop +1 ME if you win, according to the developers. The event news states "Corrupted enemies will award more Mysterious Effigies in battle", as in battles are an additional way to earn "more" ME alongside explore encounters, Mohkra's quests, and the eventual Trick or Treating feature later on in the month.

It was getting exciting after throwing 10 effigies into the lit that it rewarded with unlocking T&T activity and no apps from the previous year... until I found out that there was a link to the altar.

I dislike the mechanic that you donate 1 ME so somewolf gets 1 SE while you get even more ME.

Smouldering effigies refill or nullify a wolf's health, HP or energy upon consumption.

No one minds free currency LOL. Devs intended to reward players for sharing with effigies that turn into smouldering ones, I think, but the way it was done was too direct like you "give" someone an effigy doing so to yourself. Instead of rewarding even more MEs there can be multiple cooler alternatives:
  • raffling event items based on effigies donated,
  • temporary wolf boost that is chosen,
  • 50% chance of giving to intended player an effigy with 50% chance of giving it to random player with 50% chance of being rewarded with 1 ME.
There's a text saying "Feeling devious, or simply generous?" but Idk the devious part of the activity since there's no consequence and no generous either since nowolf really gives anywolf anything.
