Since my breeding mania, losing my sanity, and spending roughly 600 USD on Grove bundles to try and get a Siren through the boosted rates... Yeah, as you can tell, a lot of ladies, a lot of sadness, and a lot of internal rage.

Gonna say though that the previous ones I logged are gonna be voided as I have no idea who was covered and who wasn't, so just gonna refresh it right here, right now. And I will gladly chant this from the rooftops: "Wolf Meat doesn't do shit."

I honestly don't know anymore, I managed to breed a Siren pup this morning, but I didn't even use the Wolf Meat, whereas all of my other breedings didn't yield anything. RNG is weird

I have four litters bred during the Siren boost but no wolf meat/etc being used/no IBF, so I'll use those as a control and see if it actually works better lmao. 		Alex (Coyote)

Based on a quick look-through of the thread, it would seem wolf meat gives around a +5% (additive ?) increased chance of producing a spontaneous mutant. Some mutants are more rare than others (?). This seems to stack with the small (but unknown) boost provided by low fertility. No idea how this stacked with the boost to siren chances that ended for breedings done yesterday.

It seems that on average it is one spontaneous mutant per 6-12 wolves bred with wolf meat, depending on litter size, but RNG is fickle.

Based on previous posts, here's the math:
368 Puppies (Including Mutants)
20 Spontaneous Mutants

20/368 = 0.054, or about 5%

Someone posted an uncertain number of pups with 8 females and 1 mutant. It was NOT included in the above calculation. Assuming an average of 3 pups per litter, that is 4.1% (1/24).

I bred two sirens out of 200-ish pups during the boost. No wolf meat. Did not keep the female wolves or the potatoes, so I can't provide exact info.

Thanks for the extra post, I thought it was really interesting. Though I have a suspicion that the boost to Sirenomelias was significant, as within a few days of the lethal mutation being released, they've roughly caught up to the number of other lethals (not including brachys) bred, and their price in the market has absolutely tanked. I'm guessing it'll go further down when the last batch of wolves have their litters from when the boost was still in place.
