Ruisseau - French for Stream

oeri - Welsh for Cooled

English -

Seaside - Suggested because the blue-ish color against the gray reminds me of water against stones
Cooled Ash - Blue on gray idk

Diamond Rock ( the blue on her reminds me of a pale diamond and then the gray is the rock surrounding it ).

Cersei (Circe) - means bird in Greek I believe. Also a name in Game of Thrones (which I haven't watched so bare with me

)

Azul(a) - means blue in spanish, added the "a" cause I thought it sounded pretty.

Neela - means sapphire blue. Related to Nila, a geographical name based on the river Nile. Her marking reminded me of a river <3
