"I have my kitsune powers, so you should have you phoenix ones." He said, tilting his head and flashin his long canines in a grin. His hand went to the shock collar, scratching right by its edge. "Gods... these things itch." He growls. Adam narrowed his grey eyes, watxhing Star. "Try your best, okay? We all want out of this place.." he said, swallowing nervously. Siena straightened, creeping towards the door. "Hurry." She hissed suddenly. "Someone's coming." She said, before hurrying back to the window with the others. Ami smiled, patting his back in a friendly manner. "Overwork myself? That's the least of my issues." She said with a laugh, before her smile fell. "It's my fault this happened. I shouldn't have out you near the mutt." She said, resolve wavering.

She replies, and tries to focus on making fire, cuz that's how phoenixes are reborn and stuff. She focused really hard, and decently quickly, the tips of her feathers, the parts which were red, start d catching fire, before her hand bursts into flam s and she puts it right against the glass, making it melt slowly, so she targeted the edges to basically melts out the rest of the glass. Jack laughs. "It's my job. As second in command, I must stay near the most dangerous experiments during transportation. You, as first in command, have to watch over ALL the experiments. So don't worry!" He says happily.

Posted 2024-12-13 15:53:19 #1392771 Siena paced, watxhing the glass melt, as Adam's tail flicked nervously. Brian watched the glass silently. As soon as it was melted he flicked his wrist and the glass cooled enough that they could get through without harm. He crouched, and stepped out, before glancing back at the others. "Let's go!" He hissed under his breath. Adam let Star go first, before ushering Siena out, then he went last, glancing behind them. "We need to get far, fast." He said. "Everyone able to shift into their animal forms?" He asked. Siena nodded, but Brian stayed quiet. "The collar won't let me." He said. Siena paused, glancing at him. "You can ride on me, I'll shift into my horse form." She said, already preparing. She glanced at Star. "Ready?" She asked, before shifting into her horse form. It was a pure black horse, with feathered hooves, and a long, lean body. She dipped down, allowing Brian on as Adam shifted to his panther form. Ami paused, glancing at the door. "Somethings not right..." she said, before getting up. "Jack, come on." She said, beginning to head to the experiment room.

Posted 2024-12-13 16:40:28 #1392907 Star shifts into her crow form, before lifting off, up a ways before back down, and heads in a direction she saw to be the least likely one they'd think they went, before looking around again so she could erase their trail along the way. Jack stands up and goes to follow quickly, tense. "Yep, let's go." He says.

Posted 2024-12-13 17:22:25 #1392980 Adam takes off after Star, and Siena launches into a gallop, Brian swallows, his face twisting into a grimace. "How am I ever going to get this thing off?" He mutters, hand going to the shock collar on his neck. He uses his kitsune powers, one of wind, to erase any tracks they left behind. Considering their genetic combinations, they were moving faster then any normal animal, and Brian had to clutch Siena's mane and lean into her to not fall off. Ami glances back at Jack, giving him an appreciative smile, tinged with worry. She rushed to the room and peered through the window. "I don't see them. " she hisses, before pulling the alarm beside the door. She unlocks the door, and glances at Jack. "Ready?" She asks, raising her gun to enter.

Posted 2024-12-13 17:33:18 #1393002 Star flew after them pretty fast, using her wings to help hide the tracks by kicking up dirt, being careful. Jack nods, getting his own gun out. "Yep." He says, tense as he stands by the door, ready.

Ami burst into the room, gun raised, and sweeps the one side of the room. "Jack!" She shouted, pointing at the window. She ran towards it, sweeping the close area for them. "Their gone!" She snarled. "Shit.."

Jack growls. "Should we tell Dr. Barr? Or just go after them?" He asks, looking to Ami. "This is serious, and dangerous!"

Posted 2024-12-13 20:49:25 #1393466 Adam roared, jumping over the river, but Siena struggled to cross with Matt on her back. But she made it, albeit slowly. She trotted in a circle, whinnying. They needed shelter, and somewhere to rest, fast. Ami shook her head. "I don't know... the alarms sounded, so he knows... but still.... this all my fault." She said, before jumping out the window and pacing outside.

"I fly, find shel-ter." She said, before flying up to go search quickly. Jack shook his head no. "No. It isn't your fault. No one thought they'd go out the window, or if they did, they'd break it rather than melt it. If I had to guess, Brian taught Star how to use fire from the phoenix DNA." He says. "And there wouldn't have been any stopping that, he's telepathic." He sighs.
