The current score limits are in place because we didn't want a tier that solely rewarded luck. Many players would feel obligated to keep playing until they managed to get a lucky run where they guess between 2-3 rows so they can submit for the higher scores.

This game is submission capped for a very good (unmentioned) reason and I'll take a stab and say Wolvden knows exactly how someone might be able to increase their chances at higher tier prizes if given the chance to submit more scores. Not to mention this is just a nice thing Wolvden did- implementing another game with a chance at freebies. Are we really complaining about the free stuff?

I mean its not really free stuff. we're earning it by playing the game. I think even three tries for a decent prize (because you won't get a top tier prize even if you cheat every time) isn't going to crash the economy. I got an herb bundle - a largely useless item. and yeah, I'll admit I'm pretty bummed because I love Mastermind and I was excited to get rewarded AND play a game I really like!

super grateful for the addition, don't get me wrong. also excited for the other upcoming stuff. but once a day is just a touch of a letdown imo

edit: also aren't we still going to have people who feel obligated to keep playing for a "lucky" run because they want to maximize that One Attempt A Day?

Yeah I have to agree with Hawkins. It's SUCH a fun game, and I've had a blast playing it all day, but it's just kinda sad only being able to get one prize. I submitted a near perfect score and got a whopping 110SC, which was disappointing. I don't think people feeling obligated to keep playing is that big of a concern if it's 3 submissions instead of one.

Still a super fun addition though! c:

Yeah, but nobody is being forced to play the game. It's a bonus feature just like Slots or Raffles (even though Raffle takes a nominal amount of Sc or item if it's a site raffle). So if someone chooses to invest time (whether a small amount or big) for a correlating tiered prize chance. Then that sounds fair to me. It does have a luck element to it which is why it's suitable to play on a site like this and which is also why the abusable thing I alluded to isn't a HUGE problem. But, it's still a problem if multiple submissions are allowed.

Granted, if there is a Grove item only tier and that allowed a single submission while other tiers were capped differently - then I am in agreement with increasing submissions. This is what's being talked about on this thread.
