Yes! The sentinel recipe has a chance to be found by one of your scouts whenever they rescout a biome. Don't know what the chance is but its decently rare.

Here's the ingredients:
4 Canine Claw
4 Canine Fang
15 Glowing Spores
2 Remnant: Wolf Skull
2 Remnant: Wolf Tail
