Go to another player's Den & you'll see everything there for you leave a gift.
The contents of your Hoard will be displayed so you can easily choose what to give just as you do when creating a Trade.
Once you leave a Gift you can't go back & edit it, so be sure everything you want to give is in your Hoard, not buried.
