ReedPetal was a single father. His only pup, Princol, ran away from home and was adopted by Sandire. ReedPetal later found them and founded a temporary family with Sandire to raise Prinsol together. A few months later Sandire couldn't bare his sneakiness anymore and left them. Surviving alone again, ReedPetal was injured by the eastern wolf pack. Unfortunately a fire broke out in his area so he had to take Princol to leave their cave. On their way wandering, Princol was attacked by a coyote, and ReedPetal failed to protect him due to his injury. Princol died, and ReedPetal left the area forever instead of joining the Pistil pack.

This independent pup left his den alone when his single father went hunting and got lost in the grassland. Luckily, Sandire came across and adopted him, while his father found them later. The three did not get on well and Sandire abandoned them after a few months.

One day a fire broke out near their den. ReedPetal left with Prinsol and wandered across the grassland. A coyote appeared and decided to attack Prinsol. As ReedPetal had been badly injured by another wolf pack, he was unable to protect Princol. The poor pup died as a result of the coyote's attack.
