Wolf wont show in pairbonding?

Im trying to pair bond two of my wolves, #8330960 and #8215402

Both have been in my pack for 37+ rollovers? Only #8330960  will not show and I have no idea why 		Twist Around

I just took a peak at her page and the answer is there. Gemstone has been pairbonded before and broke up recently. She has 25 rollovers left before she can pairbond again.
