Based off white patterns exhibited by double merle dogs.

Name explanations:
Harlequin - codominant gene that occurs with merle on Great Danes
Lethal - double merle is sometimes incorrectly recalled "lethal white" (Source: Wikipedia)
Heavy - almost entirely hides markings

Name Suggestions:

As a fellow dog gene nerd, "extreme" could also be a fitting description for some cases of excessive white. I'd say Whitehead as well, but that name sounds less fun.

I agree that Wolvden needs more piebalds and patches that don't Cover so much of the wolf, but I would also love to see some like this that Cover most of the wolf! And that littke nose and shoulder patch are adorable
