The usual advice I've seen around the game is to not set a breeding male too early as a new pack. However, I got lucky and found this guy pretty soon: https://www.wolvden.com/wolf/9111778



I've searched for similar wolves and found only a few G1 with Iron base and Smoke eyes for stud. Does this make him a good stud candidate despite his low stats? Would he be popular?

I really like the natural look he has, but I don't want to set a stud that won't be appreciated by the community.

I wouldn't advise setting a breeding male at all at this stage of your game. Not because his breedings won't sell, but because you might come across a better male at any moment. And if you do, you'll have a hard time as a new player coming up with the GC you'll need to remove Kaldar as your breeding male. It always costs GC to remove a breeding male unless he dies. And Kaldar is so young that you will absolutely find a better male before he dies.
