More robust relationships + role relationships

More robust relationships + role relationships

I couldn't find anything like this but I would love to see ambient relationship gain/drain for wolves across the board. As-is socialization as an activity is pretty forgettable and doesn't affect much. I would love love love to see my hunting parties fluctuate, or my mentors be affected by their adolescents, or my parents (and pupsitters) have any inherent relationship with their puppies. Or littermates / siblings!
Another idea I have is random relationship events upon rollover. What if two wolves take a small jump up or down overnight at random? Something like "Wolf A took some time away from the pack last night with Wolf B. It looks like they're closer now!" or "Wolf A and Wolf B got into an argument over a bone last night. It looks like Wolf B's bark was worse than their bite, but nobody said anything about scratches. It looks like they dislike each other more now! [gain scar]"

I think the infrastructure to make this happen is there considering your lead wolf gets random relationship gains from simply visiting a wolf (of any age!) but even if it was a complex job, anything that adds depth to the individual characters of wolves will GREATLY improve the way so many people play this game.

Support- would especially like inherent relationship values between moms and pups, and between siblings of the same litter. Also relationship value boosts to wolves when they get pairbonded. And having cooperative activities like hunting have the potential to boost (or reduce) relationship values like the socialization activity does (maybe less though- like +1 when they hunt together successfully and -1 when members get in a disagreement and fail a hunt)- like its kinda wack that I have wolves that are siblings and have been hunting together for a long time that would have 0 relationship value if i didnt use the socialization activity.

YES EXACTLY! (and only once a day at that!)
I think the relationships system could be so much more and honestly even just flavor text without gameplay bonuses, in my opinion, would be great.

✅ 100% if they add more interactions we could also get a relationship board or even better. Have any of you ever seen relationship connection dots sort of graph? That with the closer relationships hanging closer together and the line of connection could be different colors depending on the type of connections and we could potentially manually assign colors per characters or have their face in the dot if big or something of the sort. Not necessarily a click of the finger to implement but definitely badass and cool.

(I can't seem to be able to put a working image from my phone but definitely go look up interconnected dot graphs online!)

I love this idea! I've been wanting more from this side of WD for a long time. I also think the inherent relationships are a great idea. I've always wondered why a mother wolf just doesn't care when her pups die... surely there should be some sort of small mood penatly, especially if they're not weaned! Also, the pair bonded wolves lose 100% mood when their partner dies, why don't the wolf's best friends care anymore? I feel like there's definitely a lot to expand on.
