I've said it so many times before but it always blows me right the hell away how you can weave such rich and detailed personalities and backgrounds, just full of little quirks, events, and hardships that piece together a character that feels so vivid and alive. there aren't just "mean characters" and "friendly characters" but blends of so many nuances and varying flavors of the things that make up one's general demanor, and the milestones that helped form it. you know how much I adore tikhiy and jackdaw in particular, that I tell you every single day, but the cast of brand new characters I've just met for the first time is also highly compelling and I'm invested in their stories and histories and how their whole situation became suddenly unraveled by an unexpected wild card.

I'm also very happy to see your ability in worldbuilding finally get an opportunity to shine, too! the way you describe the setting and the general mindset of its people is very immersive and the images used to space out the paragraphs and "chapters" really helps enforce this air of woodsy mystique. I'm LIVING FOR IT!!

I'm so excited to see the fruits of your labor finally up, so I and others get to marvel at this beautifully constructed and presented piece of excellent writing! I can't wait to see it grow and flourish.

I wish I could offer like interaction or something so we could connect the stories but you know LMAO

The writing is great and the setting is super interesting, it really feels like it's real when you're reading the descriptions. I'd absolutely read a book based off this it's just so good. The art is also so pretty, I love the character profiles!! I could say more but i'll stop there. TLDR if you ever make this into a novel I am buying it lol.
