Allow All Males to Breed within the Pack

Chipping in to support Grimmlin's point here. Extra breeding slots do not solve my lore problem. Nearly every wolf I currently have has an intended mate, and having three or four of them able to bond but the rest not is only slightly less frustrating than only having one pair able to mate. |

@Raine @deer A mated pair system has actually been discussed, and it's currently my favorite solution. I find it to be a really good medium in both realism and gameplay, where the current harem (pride) style and free breeding are both very extreme. There's a thread about it here. |

I can't read through this entire thread, but as someone who does not want to stud or sell AT ALL, I find it very sad that I basically HAVE to inbreed if I want to progress with markings and whatnot. My pack is about its story, not selling the puppies. I don't think we should be forced to stud a single wolf when I have a bunch of other males I could be using. So I'm supporting this. |

Full support! The one-male breeding system is flawed. Wolves do not exist in patriarchies. Wd doesn't need to be (and isn't) realistic, but this mechanic just doesn't fit in. It's a carry-on from LD (where at least it had some logic... There's just no reason.) I like the idea of allowing any two wolves within a pack to breed. It's a much more open gameplay style, and more intuitive. It'd make male NBW's, male pups, and male packmates valuable and as equally desirable as females. |

Support. As others have suggested, I'd also support a "mated pair" option. I don't mind having to lock two wolves to breed only with each other-- honestly, that's what I do lore-wise with my leads anyway. And that would still keep the studding market viable, since people would have to consider if they really want their wolves to only be able to breed with each other. It'd create alternative options without negating the ones we have, imo. |

I've been too exhausted as of late so I can't add much, but I definitely support! In my opinion since players are now becoming more selective, it means I end up chasing a majority of my male puppies. The only other option is wasting 3GC to sex change a puppy barely worth that, even if they're a T2 with a rare base and decent marks or decent stats. I have no qualms about the specific variation, but as it stands the only reason I have males currently is because I am hoping that the devs will make a change so that they become usable past just looking pretty and pupsitting all the pups my females have. |

support! i think with some limitations, this would be really useful! i've already started limiting the number of males in my pack bc they just aren't as useful |

full support! I want to have male wolves around for lore reasons, but it feels like they're just taking up valuable space most of the time. would love to see the mated pair system or free in-pack breeding added as an option, with one public stud slot if staff really wants to keep that system. |

Support. The game is fresh and so are the users. Maybe after some time of playing you will be able to afford a stud that will produce you a cute male puppy you'd like to bred to or you will be able to buy one in TC. But without having to pay IRL money you have to be stuck with your initial breeding male. I know we should probably not compare Wolvden to Lioden, but Wolvden doesn't have nearly as much ways to get larger currency from casual playing (not as much ingame items to sell, lower chance of getting currency in explore and battles, no games that offer sellable items and currency, uninteresting wolves can't be used as utilizable fodder therefore they are not selling at all) and the price of utilities you can buy for GC are even higher than Lioden's GB ones. It really feels like an oportunity to breed to better males is impossible for many players, because of both high stud prices and enormous amount of breeding male change price. |
