Allow All Males to Breed within the Pack

I don't really give a shit about the stud market, if I'm honest.

I love this new feature. The cooldowns and 2 breedings limit seem a bit strict, but I'm still cool with them. I think I'd prefer if the limit was 3 or 4 though.
