Hello! I'm sure for any of you that have messed with coding, you've probably posted a testing thread in the HTML section. I think if we had a preview button that maybe pops up your previewed post in another window, it'd eliminate the need for so many threads in the HTML Help section. Alternatively, if everyone had their own personal little journals/notepads that only they could see, it'd help keep the HTML Help section to questions about HTML rather than testing threads. People could mess with coding in their own notepads then once they've finished they can copy everything over to the actual thread and clear their notepad. I have no idea how hard it would be to code either of these but they're commonplace in a lot of forums so I don't think it'd be too hard? |

I heavily use these options when available and find them immensely helpful. I can barely type normally on my phone the first try let alone get HTML correct. |

Totally support this! I don't know how many times I've typed something up and wanted to preview it but then remembered that feature isn't an option on here as it is on Lioden. I would love to see it implemented here as well, though as you mentioned, not sure what kind of coding that entails. |

Support! I like to check what I'm doing is correct before posting. |

I'm a bit confused - what does this accomplish that isn't accomplished by unclicking the Code View button? |

I've found the code view button to be very finicky/possibly glitchy and even changes my code formatting. Having a pop up so you can see the preview next to the code can also be pretty convenient as I find it easier to identify where I've messed up. It's also more obvious to tell what it is from a "Preview" button vs just a '</>'. |

Makes sense, a side-by-side view would be pretty nice. |
