wow that's really strange--ive never seen anything like that before, but maybe it's because of clashing personalities? also u might just have to send them on more hunts..sorry this was so unhelpful LOL ive literally never seen a 0 prof hunting party before

Those bars represent each wolf's proficiency in their respective hunting role (Stalking/Chasing/Finishing), and they will go up by 1 point every time a hunt is finished. They won't be affected by anything else, just how often the wolf hunts in that role.
However all proficiency decays by 1 point every rollover, so if you are only sending the wolves on 1 hunt a day or less, that could explain why their proficiency doesn't seem to be going up. Since any point they gain would just be lost with natural decay the next day :o

Thank you both for the help, turns out, Mel was right. I wasn't doing enough hunts daily and the points would naturally decay!
