Clear view on suggestion threads made by blocked users

Support, I've been told on more than one occasion a suggestion post Ive made already exists and it gets auto locked due to that. Problem is I have no knowledge of the thread, and I can't throw my two cents in unless I want to unblock the other user (Unless they blocked me as well/first and then I can't)

Maybe commenting is a bit farfetched for block evasion reasons, but I don't see why we can't at least upvote/downvote the suggestion or even know about it in the very least to avoid getting topics locked constantly
