I'm interested in trying to breed Auburn. How would I go about this? Can I breed a black base wolf to a red base wolf and have a chance? Or can I only get it if I breed to a wolf that already has Auburn? Thanks! |

you'll need one of the parents to have a T2 base to get auburn you can breed any type of warm base (these are usually all the red/brownish bases) x anything as long as one parent has a warm base, and at least either parent has a T2 base, you'll have a chance of getting auburn here are some combinations Onyx x Red Obsidian x Red Rufous x Black Rufous x any base Obsidian x any warm base Onyx x any warm base these are not the only combinations, just examples of some easy ones. Off the top of my head I can't remember any T2 warm bases other than rufous. I used Red as an example because Red is a warm base, and obsidian and onyx are fairly common T2 bases just keep in mind aurburn isn't guaranteed, there are a lot of possible bases each breeding can result in T1 warm base x any T2 base = chance of auburn T2 warm base x any base ever = chance of auburn |
