I can't guarantee the regularity of these future art prompts, but I believe this community would benefit from a simple creative push from time to time. It is not competition— there are no prizes, it is intended to get your creative juices flowing. Therefore, the prompts will typically be straightforward and open to interpretation.
So heres spheenx Prompt #1: Pack Branding Mark!
Have you ever seen branding marks, or club logos? They serve as convenient means to identify a particular group or company. Consider the clan symbols depicted in Warrior Cats. For this art prompt, I encourage you to create a simple yet distinctive branding mark for your pack. Taking inspiration from rancher branding marks or the marks utilized by silversmiths. It will help a lot. Feel free to google examples of both for inspiration.
Heres the branding mark I created for my pack, The Scarab Uraeus.
Simple, gets to the point— yet unique! It is a combination of a Scarab, and a snake— because a uraeus is a serpent as an emblem of supreme power, worn on the headdresses of ancient Egyptian deities and sovereigns.
Your logo does not have to be neatly done. If you decide to make one for your pack, share the artwork under this thread! (And maybe compliment someone elses, if you feel nice)
