I will send you flea medicine, and you can come back tomorrow for the diarrhea medicine. Diarrhea isn't contagious, it won't spread so you won't have to worry about it too much Charcoal is found in all biomes, so just have your herbalist foraging at all times and you might be able to get the herbs before rollover
