Deciding on a new lead wolf, strength stat vs overall stats

I'm trying to decide on a new lead wolf, and I remember reading somewhere that strength was the most important stat. I have 2 puppies that could qualify, but I'm not sure who to pick.

One has a high strength stat, but lower overall stats by about 20 points.
The other has higher overall stats, but a lower strength stat by about 11 points.

Who do you think should lead? I'm not considering appearance as they will be dyed. 		Nabbit

I choose strength over all other stats. It will be a lot easier when fighting, but I still try to level out the others stats by prioritizing strength and the lowest stat at the time of leveling up. You can check out my lead to see what I mean if its confusing.

I just set her as my new lead today, and I've already got her smarts and wisdom up close to 100 stats each. They were pretty low at lv 1, so I've been leveling up one at a time along with strength

A lead wolf needs strength, speed, agility, and smarts. That's a lot, I know. But the bottom line is that high overall stats is pretty important for a lead. I prioritize strength in the same way that Uva does once I promote a new lead, but I pick a pup to be my future lead based on total stats. I hope that makes sense.
