I need some help choosing my future stud

any of my wolves that is either a male or a female that has not been bred is open to be a stud
I will have a clover base app, and if the wolf you think is not T3/T*, you can use the wardrobe to see what they would look like with it

i would say this contender (#2) is the best one to be considered. he's an NBW with bone eyes, a T* base, and some good markings to start with (i'd probably remove that yellow heavy husky, though, and maybe lower the opacity of the shaded?). he's also still fairly young. of course, you could add different event eyes, or get some more markings that flow with the base/current look :)

the main reason why i say no to the others is due to their high lineage, and one (#4) even has an instance of inbreeding. also, adding a clover base could be a good addition, but that would target a certain niche of individuals who like green wolves. sidhe is green, too, but still has more earthy tones, allowing for a broader interest of people in my opinion (keep in mind, this is coming from someone who prefers natural-coated wolves)!

second in line would probably be this guy (#1) because he is shorter in lineage than the others, has a T* base, and is full of T3 markings. however, a lot of people would see his lineage as too high (Gen 8), especially if they're worried about accidental inbreeding,  or just prefer shorter lineages.

do you have any ideas about markings?
because i'm looking to mark 'em up, but i need some ideas
preferably Grove/next event's marking suggestions, because my GC is at 5 and I don't wanna waste GC on marking apps, but I do buy event markings if I have enough of that currency

and honestly, i'm not one who knows all of the markings like the back of my hand, so i'll just say more earthy tones to go with his base, so browns, dark browns, and blacks (i think?). i'm not sure how that would go with the silver shaded (i lowered it to 50% in the wardrobe) and the honey tamaskan unders (which look brown if you lower the opacity, i tried it around 50% and 30%)

with those changes alone, he looks like this:

(yellow heavy husky deleted, silver shaded at 50%, honey tamaskan unders at 30%)

again, as one who prefers natural wolves, he already looks much better with those three changes alone :) the fact that he has natural colored leathers helps as well!

I was also going to suggest the Sidhe due to it being a G1 with a decent starting base. Maybe you could attempt a Design contest for him in order to see a bunch of people's ideas for it. I took a very basic shot, but I am no expert and it honestly wasn't an extensive attempt, but if you wanted to maybe see something a little different that is doable:

That is going more of an unnatural route though and I do agree that maybe a natural look would definitely suit him!
