Hollow's mother is dead from a fox attack, her father's death is unknown, presumably from the same attack.

Night's and Snow's mother is dead from greencough (correct me if I'm wrong) shortly after kitting, their father's death is from the fog.

Echo's parents deaths are unknown, she is only stated to be an orphan, nothing more.

Lemon's mother is Viruseye, her father is unknown/presumably dead.

Which prophecy? The 'flaming stars' or the 'sleeping guardians'? Your in the 'sleeping guardians', with Twilightpeaks, so I don't think two prophecies would have you in... Sorry!
