I got the Jade vine mutation: blue
They take me around an hour to grow at Gardening Skill Lv 10 and in their native biome





Pink water lilies!
They take an hour and 20 minutes to grow


Pineapple: red
The seeds are glitched so I wasn't able to get and images of them



Key flower: patterned
Around an hour and 5 minutes growth time

Oregon Grape has a White mutation.

EDIT: grow time is 1 hour 45 min

No, not from my experience. Generation only seems to impact quality/whatever the little star rating was

Also, there's a tundra encounter not listed on the document, I forgot to screenshot it but it's a red fox with a branch, and you can either chase it away or ask it to share. Asking to share gave me 1X strawberry seed
