Beacon blinked. Another ShadowWing?… She wasn't too bothered by it this time. Three in one day? At least this one seemed nicer, not that Phoenix wasn't nice, but Beacon could feel a sense of contempt coming from her when she mentioned the Sun. She wouldn't say she didn't understand why, given the ShadowWings' aversion to it. This particular ShadowWing seemed… more friendly. Nicer. More like her, though she hated to make the comparison. She found herself smiling, albeit a bit awkwardly. Upon Fastback's reassurance, she relaxed just the slightest bit. "A—- Alright! It's… It…" She seemed to struggle to find the right words, then chuckled hesitantly before sighing. "It really is good to meet you, Fastback." She met the ShadowWing's eyes with a sort of sheepish smile, but little fear or hostility. The chain around her neck full of shed scales shined in the light of the sun, and she held herself a bit taller. "If… you don't mind me asking, how did you end up here?" |

Vryo growled, "It's not like I've had much practice, 'you majesty'" he said this is a sarcastic tone. "And if you hate me for trying to help, fine by me. You're the first of my species I've ever met besides my siblings and honestly, I'm disappointed." You don't ever know my ancestry, if you did, you wouldn't be showing such disrespect." He pulls an herb out of his pouch "You're lucky I'm not one to leave a dragon for dead, eat this and it should restore you're ability to fly. If you think it's poison, consider that you would die either way, and, for the record, its not poison." He turned and bolted into the sky, and soon he was gone. |
