Pigeonfeather's whiskers twitched thoughtfully, but eventually he agreed, "Sure! I mean, ThunderClan territory is for every cat of ThunderClan. And Shellpaw's a good cat." |

Cherrypaw nodded. "I'll do it tomorrow, slowly. Even if he does good at it, he won't be able to do vigorous training and if anything feels wrong, he'll come straight to me." |

At cherrypaws words I leapt in joy. Tail high in excitement I walked over to my nest, nearly tripping and falling. Sitting down I dug into the rabbit, tearing chunks of flesh off and crunching happily down on the bones. |

Pigeonfeather nodded. "That sounds reasonable. I'll go tell him the good news!" He made his way back to the medicine cat's den, where he spotted Shellpaw purring and tucking vigorously into the rabbit. "From your good mood, I think I can tell someone was eavesdropping," Pigeonfeather laughed. |

"That someone is very grateful," I purred, swallowing my mouthful and standing, Blood and juices smear on my muzzle and whiskers. "I know you're probably busy with all you're warrior duties and such, but would you care to help a friend exercise? Any ideas on how we can strengthen my legs?" |

"I'm not too busy to help you out!" Pigeonfeather mewed, "I'm sure helping a Clan member is within my warrior duties. And I have a couple ideas - did you hear Cherrypaw's idea about swimming? I know you typically only think of swimming as something for RiverClan cats, but it's great for cats with leg or back injuries that need strengthening! Nightwing actually did it for a while himself, when he broke his leg due to a, uh...mishap..." |
