Fr,my brains also kinda,wonky today

Yea it calmed down,I had to take 5 or so minutes to stare out a window and calm tf down,I was dragged to church,then into a car for 1hr and a half with 4 kids,was hungry,didn't sleep well,my list is never ending
But I'm fine 😂
