-- Moving Vision -- Naturally blind, but any movement she can see. It's black an white, as no light can enter her eyes, but it helps with many things, like seeing in the dark. Anything she can hear, she can see. (Anything past the normal eyesight is just blank, and even sounds will not create anything)
History: Chakshu was born with her abilities, but abandoned because of her blindness. This caused her to become a loner for a small amount of time, but then met the travellers. Exited by the aspect of keeping peace, Chakshu joined, and became what she is now.

Yes. She can 'see', but only what she hears and in black and white. Even the slightest noise will tell her power what it is, and it will 'show' her

Does that make sense?

Basically - It makes no sound, she can't 'see' it. It makes even the smallest sound, she can 'see' it

Nah, it's all good. I can see how it could be counted as OP, I'll have to limit it to a certain area. Perhaps she can't 'see' past the average eyesight?
