And for the other breeding, I feel like this guy has potential!  I have yet to use him but I feel like he'd pass cute foals!

I'll cover the Fert treatment for sure if we wanna do it, how else should we split this? I can pay 3GC for the stalls, and you can pay 1GC or 400SC (since you paid for the Owlits)
