issues getting old css/html working

so on my profile i had a theme with css and it all has looked fine but until just now i went to edit something and accidentally changed/got rid of the initial css file that was linked. i added it back, but now its not working. with the code as it is/was before i get the error below saying "Stylesheets are not supported in HTML. Please add them in the "CSS Files" section below." so i am not sure if things have changed since i last did it (2020).

it was a commissioned css and i dont care about sharing it here/keeping it private at this point... the css stylesheet linked in the html is here and the html itself is here.

Things have changed! There is now a section specifically meant for CSS files, as mentioned in the error message. If you look right below the large HTML box there are small rectangle boxes under the 'CSS Files' title. All you need to do is take that CSS file (https://dl.dropbox.com/s/4f3bin0i5ans0u9/morry.css?dl=1) and c/p just that into that CSS File box. Then just save and it should work! (Just to make sure, I did these exact steps myself and got the CSS to work, so you should be good.)
