Zeke has a few more seconds of struggle before passing out, the protection worn out and starting to disappear. The Turned makes a simple aggressive noise, dashing for the now passed wolf |

 Tags: Zeke, Open Starkov didn't ponder too much on what Astrai, the stranger, had said. For now, the male was occupied, tracking his concern through the Normal Pack's territory and into the thick woods not too far away from the territory borders. Quickly, Starkov skidded to a halt upon finding a small clearer area within the trees. The owner of that foul scent was as Starkov had expected. One of the Turned, the bloodthirsty flesh and bones of what used to be a wolf. |

The she-wolf took in her surroundings, noticing Storm and letting out a sigh of relief. She glanced at her paws, her mind clearing very slowly, until her sight became clear. She shifted her position, flinching at the pain in her shoulder. "I'm going for a walk," she said, not quite trusting this place. |

She trots over to her, her eyes held a glint of concern as she had noticed that Sparrow was having a slight panick attack. "Hey... You ok?" She asks, concerned for her. |

Sparrow blinked in surprise at the she-wolf, nodding slightly. "Just a fall," she said. "Bruised my shoulder." The she-wolf hesitated, feeling her fur brush against the grass, before glancing up at Astrai. "Where were you?" She asked, slightly curious. By now the drumming in her chest had slowed, and she had begun to relax her muscles. |

Zeke stayed passed out for a little while longer, making a small sound. He was unmoving, his body weak, he looked dead. The Turned falls, either making a move to get back to Zeke or to run away. It was making random noises, it's vocal cords still intact enough to make them. |

The Turned had been too distracted with the form of the other unconscious wolf to notice Starkov barrelling at it. And the large frame of the warrior smashing into the weakened one of the Turned sent the pair tumbling over the dirt and through the scrubs. Dazed, the Turned seemed to reel, even reconsidering its options maybe. Starkov would have been surprised that it even had something of its mind left, but focused on Zeke. A funny looking stranger. No time for that now though. Starkov growled loudly, placing himself between Zeke and the Turned, whom he deemed weak. The glare of his was icy, with all the arrogance of "I could kill you in my sleep." Perhaps not entirely true, but the point was to intimidate as Starkov paced in front of the Turned. Not letting his gaze off of it. With enough luck, maybe the Turned would flee. |
