 Astrai / Pupsitter of Powered (Hasn't joined yet) / 4 years, 7 months / Powered & Normal Border / Tags: Sparrow, Starkov, Zeke Hearing the howl, she didnt hesitate or wait for Sparrow to answer before she whirled around and raced towards in the direction the howl came from with an answering howl. Her howl was urgent, yet held a reassuring volume to it. Eclipsed Wings (or Eclipse for short.) / Pupsitter of Normal / 3 years / Normal Pack Camp / Tags: Starkov, Zeke Hearing the howl he shot up, abandoning his meal and racing towards the border. He heard another howl before he just barely spotted movement coming from his right. Then he smelled the foul scent of a turned. He growls and runs faster. |

The Turned kept hitting into the wall, struggling to get a hit. The wall followed Starkov, acting as a barrier. Zeke went to answer but didn't as he was told not to. Though he pauses, ears pinning back at the question. "Look at me, Runt. Could I?" The nickname Runt wasn't meant as an insult, though it definitely be mistaken for one. It just a nickname he called people, no matter if they were stronger than him or not |

 Oh, great. This one's got an attitude. Starkov let out a huff, flicking his tail at the insult. Or was it? It seemed more like a half-assed unintentional one... So he'd let the stranger off the hook for now. However, this mysterious empty wall of air? It had more or less answered Starkov's question. Zeke was one of the Powered. Tsk... Why'd it have to be one of them? No time for bickering though, as bad as Zeke's manners were. "The name's Starkov, pup," the warrior rumbled, in the middle of lunging forward again and watching the invisible barrier slam into the Turned. It was almost funny. Almost. "Use it. Or don't talk to me at all." Nicknames were very much not this wolf's thing. |

His eyes widened when he saw the Turned lunge at them. Crap! One of them is going to get themselves killed!!! He thought and then put on a burst of speed as he then leapt over Zeke and rammed the Turned before leaping away. "Don't just stand there! Move!" He snaps, trying to destract the turned long enough for the weakest of them to get away. |

"Name's Zeke, Starkov. And fine." Zeke tries to stand up, standing on shaky legs yet again. He freezes up at the mention of his "cape", growling. "It stays. Oh, another one.. great. Can't do any protection spell for you so hide behind Sarko, or whatever his name is." He rolls his eyes (Goodnight!!) |

Starkov detected a familiar presence, glad to see someone arrive. "Good timing," he barked, watching the Turned reel backwards as Eclipse rammed into it. Although the warrior had to wonder, what was a pupsitter doing so far from camp? Was there enough bad luck that none of the other warriors were available? |

Zeke pauses, thinking. "It lasts however long I want it. Though it chips away at me and could make me pass out again in the end, which would weaken it until it breaks. The more impact, the more it chips away." He quickly explains, wincing and falling over when the Turned slams into the barrier. "It sucks but it's how it works.." |

Starkov nodded, observing how Zeke seemed to wince every time the Turned collided with the barrier. So... It would be unwise to keep taking damage despite being protected. The warrior growled under his breath, trying to think of a way to properly deal with the Turned. Fighting it head on would be foolish, and too damaging to Zeke as well. |
