"Normal, aye?" She said suspiciously. She didn't like normals that much, having bad experiences in the past with the kind. |

Kaelune nodded, feeling boredom overcome her. "Wanna do something fun?" She asked the winged wolf, a mischievous smirk on her face. |

❝𝕊𝕙𝕖'𝕤 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕒𝕟𝕘𝕖𝕝 𝕠𝕗 𝕪𝕠𝕦𝕣 𝕟𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥𝕞𝕒𝕣𝕖𝕤..❞ 𝘌𝘪𝘳𝘢 𝘚𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘰 ┕━━━━━━♛━━━━━━┙ Healer of normal - 4 Years old - Location: Edge of camp - Tags: Vera & Falco - Objectives: Interacting with Vera & Falco, possibly assisting in the search for Echo. ≿━━༺❀༻━━≾ Awaiting a response as her voice rang out, the soft tone rolled free from leathery lips, carried without urgency and yet, there was a hint of concern. A dwelling emotion. One that increased the maiden's sense of analysis. Her irises shifted in their sockets, falling over the seemingly perplexed female, a brief flicker of empathy flickered between the various shades of brown and bronze. The recollection of the female was delayed, but Eira hadn't expected to see Vera flinch at the sound of her voice alone. Furrowing a furry brow in response, a look of wonder filled her heated eyes, the medic's sharp gaze softening on her if only slightly. Vera's fragmented response and defeated posture clearly depicted the pup sitter's inner turmoil. If it was regret or uncertainty she felt, even just a slither of concern; It meant only one thing. That there was growth there. Before she could open her mouth, another filled the empty space. Falco spoke up to get his piece in, his frustration evident in every word that left with a guttural snap. Tension claimed his voice and his displeasure was unmistakable. It was the type of response that had Eira's lips pressing into a thin line, the fur on her body bristling subtly in building wear of patience. When he finished, the damsel's bronzed pools shifted between the two wolves. Falco's annoyance rolled off him like steam from a fire, his tail lashing behind him, while Vera looked like she might crumble under the pressure. It was an attitude all too familiar to her. A lack of understanding, or perhaps there was such little care between the canids who called themselves pack mates, family, and friends. Never could she understand the callousness of those who were supposed to support one another. All too familiar with the distant treatment, alas, what else was she to do, but what others would not? Drawing in a sharp breath, Eira swallowed the urge to roll her eyes in response to the male. Simply hardening her gaze on the almost golden sire, her almost black orbs colliding with his, offering a pointed look in retaliation to his dry-cut demeanor. Her voice, calm yet edged with firm resolve, cut through the tension. Speaking in a raised volume in comparison to just moments before. Dripping with confidence. Disinterested in his lack of patience. "All due with respect, Falco, your vexation isn't the way to go about this situation." She began, treading carefully with a hardened expression. Her tail flicked loosely behind her for a moment. "Should I remind you that Vera is a pup sitter? As a hunter, are you not best equipped in tracking?" She inquired with a hint of confusion, a curious vibration in her otherwise still voice. After lingering in a moment of silence for a reply that had yet to follow, Eira angled her head, tipping her cranium back in the direction of the other female. Observing her closely for just a split second, she took a small step closer. Offering her presence as a form of reassurance. Once more, easing her exterior. Leaning in to bring her head down to the defeated female's level. "It takes courage to realize that you have made a mistake, that you could have handled a situation better." She assured, tilting her head further. The corner of her maw lifting even if just slightly. Perhaps, just a ghost of a smile. "Firstly, collect your thoughts.. take a deep breath, hold it, and count to five. When you're ready, breathe out slowly." |
