I've reached Lvl 20 with my Lead, but I'm talking about a non-lead wolf. What's the best way to get a wolf to Lvl 20? Even sending them to hunt or scout every day, I never reach lvl 20 before mine die of old age.

Scouts usually level up the fastest. Send them to the Glacier and/or Rainforest as they'll get more exp from those and do it as much as possible.

I prefer to use hunters as you'll get them to gain more stats until they die, but you have to make sure to use up all their 10 daily hunts every time you RO. The best way for hunters to level up is to have a good team as well. If you have multiple higher level hunters with newbies, they'll be able to level up faster as there'll be a higher chance of successful hunts.

Another way some players level up is to have a wolf do their 10 daily hunts then change him into a scout and keep sending the wolf out. This will definitely get a lot more exp for the wolf, but you'll only be able to do it with 2 wolves a day. You'll have to make sure to take off their roles before RO or they won't be able to have the hunter or scout role the next RO.

I've gotten hunters to Lv. 20 at 3-4 yrs old, so it's definitely possible to do it when they're young! Good luck!
