The sound of rummaging somewhere off in the alleyway can be heard; shortly after the clattering slows, a snow white raccoon makes her way around the corner, her head adorned with a cascade of aromatic flowers. The surprise on her face tells you that she wasn't exactly expecting a visitor!

She greets you before busying herself with haphazard tidying. It takes a moment, but it's obvious after a slight bit of rearranging that this is actually a sort of shop!
The albino female works fast to roll out a dusty paper map of the city, crudely drawn against the back of a torn up Hotdog Queen bag.
She looks up to you expectantly before stifling a laugh. "Oh, you're new in town!"
"I'm Rosie, welcome to my Suburban Safaris! I can explore the city for you and bring back new Raccoons!"
Rosie is a skilled fence with a very tightly-knitted network of connections and her expeditions never fail. Though, expertise like hers does come at a price! You can send Rosie into two general areas: Uptown or Downtown.
Uptown is usually rather quiet and peaceful, nearby to where Rosie stays; exploring at any location Uptown costs 400
Downtown is crawling with humans and is much more difficult to navigate; exploring at either location Downtown costs 800
While Exploring always guarantees a raccoon, there are additional items you can purchase at Herb's Shop to help guide Rosie.

A small, tri-colored Raccoon can be seen amongst a pack of others. She is lively, and it's obvious that she's the life of this area. After a moment, her bright eyes turn to you. "Oh, hello there!" Her voice is like a warm hug, enveloping all who hear it with motherly adoration.
"Are you looking to bring home a new friend? Or maybe meet our special guest of the week?"
Litters here in Racoontopia are typically pretty small, only being between 1-2 kits per litter, though usually only one. Herb sells items in the Shop that can help with Breeding!
From the time your adult raccoons are initially bred, it will take 2 days for the female to give birth. Once raccoon kits are born, it will take 3 days for them to age up completely.
Male raccoons can breed as often as they'd like, while female raccoons must wait for their litter to age up before they can be bred again.
Any players are welcome to breed with other player's owned raccoons, as long as both parties involved approve of this! You're welcome to split payment and kits however you'd like, please just keep all Breeding discussions here on the forum!
Breeding between your own raccoons, or other player-owned raccoons costs 200
It costs 300 to breed to the Weekly Stud.

Every week, we will release a new Weekly Stud. These limited edition Studs will be the introduction to all new Mutations! After the Weekly Stud retires, the mutation(s) that he introduced will become available to find in explore with the same odds as any other Explore Mutation, and the stud will be raffled off.
Breeding to the Weekly Stud does not guarantee a mutated kit, however the chances of receiving a mutation through breeding are higher than through explore.
