"From Scratch" Mutations??

I'm losing my mind here. Is there some type of way to breed a albino/melanistic wolf from "scratch"? As in, if I breed generations of white wolves, paying attention to their Base Genetics, would I eventually have a chance of mutating an albino? Or do the percentages stay the same whether it's a regular wolf or specifically bred for gens?

I couldn't find anything on Chatter or Grouse House, and I'd rather not begin a project without a clear answer. T^T 		Moon_beam

Albinos/Melas from scratch is possible by breeding NBW Carriers of those Mutations; So If you take 2 NBW Wolves who carry the Genetic Mela/Alb trait you will be able to make a G2 Albino/Mela. 		Ithelia
