Intro Screams were all he heard, lambs to the slaughter as the faces melted into the murky darkness, vanishing into nothingness. Entrails sprawled about with a metallic scent of blood looming in the air; all his dreams were such and there was little he could do. "….eh?" The dream was interrupted by a loud purr with a sudden pressure upon his chest. The Irishman once cozy in his bed trapped in a deep slumber slowly opened his emerald eyes to a familiar sight. Before him was a feline with their own green gaze to match sitting upon his chest, a pelt of pure darkness but what caught the Irishman's gaze was the plump rat in their maw; without a mere thought nor care of the other's opinion the feline dropped the rat. "….mornin to you too Jasper…." The man spoke in a thick, heavy accent as he slowly sat up, the blanket polled to his waist and revealed a hairy chest of curled hairs as he looked over the feline he called Jasper, the cat didn't budge even as their body slid down with the blanket, the rat's carcass landed upon the floor with a soft thud. This had became a normal occurrence between Shamrock and his small companion; with a tired, stoic gaze he gently stroked the cat's body who gave a loud purr In response. The pelt was soft to the touch only to be interrupted by the occasional sticker plant or dried blood which glued the patches of fur strands together. Blood often drove the man into a frenzy given his addiction towards it but his hunger was stated lastnight. Shamrock was given his name for numerous reason; the common reason being luck always found her way to him, but what little others know is this luck is a well crafted symphony in which he was the puppet master and currently he was protecting someone dead to his heart, the man he called brother. As much as he loved the man like a sibling even he had to admit it was difficult keeping up with the demon's chaos. News has spread across the city of a psychopath killing others left and right; the victims reduced to an indescribable mess that makes even the most cold hearted individuals whimper. This psychopath was nothing more than a man who struggles with the voices in his head and the trauma he was subjected to at a young age. A man whom Shamrock has protected his entire life and even kept his darkest self as a secret to him; to the public it seemed the killings were random and conducted by an unknown entity but that wasn't until the Irishman had stepped in to guide the killings away from the true killer to directly to himself. Each time Lord Chaos has killed, may it be by accident or his insanity, Shamrock emerges from the shadows to have his fill of blood, creating rumors of a vampire draining half the corpses fluids. It was risk he is willing to take for he knew humans, unless specifically trained for the situation, are unable to locate vampires. However, he wasn't stupid and has taken the opportunity to lay low. Current: Wealth isn't given but rather taken, and taken he has. Shamrock made sure to keep tabs on his all his businesses with his bars and Ice Cream parlors being his favorite among the others, his love for sweets was unmatched and finds himself debating if he should invest in the local bakeries dotted across the city. But for now he made do with tending one of his numerous Ice Cream parlors; like any of the businesses he owned the interior contained a theme revolving around luck whilst sporting various green hues, the inside was sterile and standing behind the counter was the Irishman himself. One of his employees had called in sick at the last minute and given he not wish to pull anyone from their day off had chosen to tend the small store himself, he wore a white shirt with a pair of jeans, behind him hinging upon a hook was his iconic patchwork trench coat and top hair with a brown and black rabbit ear sewn upon the sides. His face was unshaven as he kept a stoic gaze. While it seemed he is focused upon the wall in front of him or cleaning the counter, he was alert with his senses heightened well over that of a human. |

Her face looked soft, a contrast to her sharp, attentive eyes. Her hair was down when she stepped in, though she seemed slightly uncomfortable with how the hair lay on the nape of her neck, so after she stepped out of the doorway, she pulled a hair tie off her wrist and pulled her hair up into a semi-perfect ponytail. She looked around momentarily before stepping up to the counter. She hadn't said anything yet, just mostly standing there; lost in thought as she decided on something. |

"Be a good boy and wait for me here, will you, Ogura?" he spoke to the dog who was panting a little and poked his face with his long muzzle. "I won't be gone for too long, I promise," the black haired man said before he straightened up again and pushed his glasses back slightly as they had fallen a little over his nose. He then lifted his bag back on his shoulder and took a deep breath before stepping into the building. If the ice cream parlor hadn't seemed quiet enough from the outside, it definitely was that from the inside. There seemed to be only one customer, a lady at the counter and the person behind it who apparently was a staff member. Swallowing one more time, the crime journalist student got into the line standing few meters behind the lady as he waited for his turn. While he waited, he kept glancing at the worker at the counter once in a while. He sure had missed a shave on that morning, but perhaps the boss wasn't too strict with the appearance? Well, that wouldn't matter much to Ryunosuke anyway, he didn't really grow a beard, so his face was always completely shaven. However, he sure had noticed the hat with the odd rabbit ears. He had never seen one like that and hadn't even been aware there were those kinds of hats for sale. It must be some kind of latest design or a part of fashion trend. Though Ryu had to admit that even though he found the hat and this small ice cream parlor strange, it was inquiring too. It was almost like all those little things were drawing him inch by inch closer to the unknown secrets the items may be hiding. |

"…do you acquire my assistance ma'am?" He spoke in a thick accent, his words a bit slow to ensure he would be properly heard. Shamrock never was a man of words but rather action but knew when it came to running businesses he must step out of his comfort zone. More often than not he would manage everything in the background in which he has for years, rarely showing his face unless it was for the circus he ran. However, he found himself running Lord Chaos' empire and his own on the side, it was even more difficult keeping his thoughts to himself most days but learnt good drink can help numb his nerves even if temporarily. Without hesitation nor a care of what the other thought he pulled out a flask and took a swig before focusing his gaze upon the male who had entered. "….you may as well order now…" He gave a short nod before scanning over the rest of his customers, ensuring they are comfortable. |

' Damn.. If I weren't so indecisive... ' She muttered to herself, sighing. She leaned against an empty table a tiny bit away from the counter, her elbows resting against it. She adjusted her jacket again, a few soft clink 's sounded from her pocket. |

With an emerald gaze the Irishman fixed upon the male once more, waiting for him to speak. '….seems…we not the the most talkative people coming of late…', he pondered before walking towards the back room, emerging moments later with a rag in one hand and a bottle of soapy water in the next to clean off the counter. |

"Good afternoon, Sir, I'm Otonari Ryunosuke. I came because of the job advertisement for a part-time job I noticed on internet. Could you please help me to talk to manager?" the man said. His speech was slower and even though he spoke good English, it wasn't difficult for one to tell that he was a foreigner and English definitely wasn't his mother tongue. While he waited for the other person to reply, Ryunosuke took a quick glance around the ice cream parlor. It seemed to be little bigger than he had originally thought and it seemed that it even had more customers than what he had seen on the first glance. Seemed that the ice cream parlor wasn't that dead and quiet place after all. Ryunosuke had to admit that he hadn't often walked into companies asking for a job. However, as he had just recently moved into the town to study from overseas, he had quickly noticed that the money truly didn't grow on trees. As he didn't wish to burden his parents much by requesting money from them, he had reasoned that getting a part-time job was his only option. He definitely was curious to learn more about the job, especially about the working hours already thinking about would they interfere with his classes. |
