It has been 6 years and 4 months since Moon Gazer set off to form her own pack. As she starts feeling the weight of her years on her shoulders, she has asked me to keep a record of all that goes on within the pack. - Gaea The Pack's Structure:| Leader: Leads the pack and makes sure everyone is taken care of. | Herbalist: The Herbalist is in charge of the physical, mental and spiritual health of the pack. They scour the territory for herbs, mix medicines and perform the various rituals that keep pack life moving on. | Scouts: Scouts are the least involved members of pack life, they roam the world far and wide, bringing back trinkets and interesting things they find, as well as any news from far away lands. While they could basically be considered loners, they're always happy to have a safe place to sleep and a full belly. | Hunting Parties: There are two hunting parties in the pack, the Moon Runners and the Sun Chasers. They make up the heart of the pack, as the most capable and necessary members. They have the honor of knowing that one o their children has a chance of becoming the next leader. | Pupsitters: An essential part of the pack, but reserved for the less skilled wolves. They ensure all pups are safe and cared for. | Mentor: The mentor's job is not only to teach pups important skills for their future, but to track all that happens within the pack as Lorekeeper as well. | Transient wolves: These are wolves that stay in the pack for a short period of time, they are not truly part of pack life but they are free to live with us temporarily until they find they're next adventure. The Pack's Home:| Swamp: This is our temporary home as we travel upwards towards the glacier, where prophecy has told us we will find our true home. I know Moon Gazer is sad she will never see it but she trusts her pack will live on long enough, and be strong enough to make it there someday. In the meantime we have made our home on a small dry area surrounded by bald cypresses, but nicely hidden away. The pups have a safe place to grow up, under the watchful eyes of the sitters, of course. Hunting here is not the easiest, but our hunters are strong, and our new generation is learning quickly, and so far the prey stock has remained full. | |

Leader:| Current: Moon Gazer: [insert Pic] She was born many moons ago to a loving mother and strong father. She doesn't remember much of them other than her mother's warm amber eyes and her father's ghostly white back. She lived with them for her first year in a cave high up in the mountain, but she knew there was something more out there for her. So as soon as she turned 1 she set off to look for her calling. For her first year she wandered the mountains alone, gazing at the moon night after night, until her eyes went milky white and her fur turned a cold gray. This ritual of hers also gained her the nick name Moon Gazer with the local wolves. One day though she finally found her answers. With the moonlight shining on a faraway glacier and the wind gently whispering in her ear, she understood that what she needed was to gather a pack and guide them far north, to a land of ice. First however she'd have to venture far south and learn all that that land would have to teach her. The aging leader immediately saw in him a worthy successor, and is proud in the capable young wolf he's grown into.
